We strive to ensure every MSCHF purchase meets your expectations, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items in their original condition. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and digital goods are final sale as specified at the time of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, accessories, and authentication cards are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
